Celebrating the End of the Fiscal Year

March marks the end and start of our fiscal year, and we kicked it off with our annual employee party at Burghardt Sporting Goods! We took time to celebrate the successes of the past year and started planning for what’s ahead. Stay tuned for some exciting announcements coming soon!

March Madness Recap

As avid Wisconsin sports fans, March Madness brought excitement and heartbreak. Unfortunately, both the Wisconsin Badgers and Marquette suffered early exits, but we remain hopeful for next season! The Badgers dropped to BYU in the second round after a close game. Marquette dropped in the first round to the 10th seeded New Mexico Lobos. On the bright side for the Badgers, they aren't Marquette!

Celebrating Coach Ryan Ellerbusch

Congratulations to Ryan Ellerbusch, one of our retail specialists and assistant coach of Tosa West boys basketball, who led the Tosa West boys basketball team to a D2 State Championship victory! Be sure to congratulate Ryan when you see him in-store!

The Tosa West Basketball Team defeated Racine Park This past Saturday in an overtime thriller! A lot of players stepped up to claim Tosa West's first State Championship in school history!

Pitch Hit & Run Competition

Date: April 26th | Time: 12 PM - 6 PM | Location: Burghardt Sporting Goods

Get ready to compete! The MLB's Pitch Hit Run will be hosting a competition right here at Burghardt Sporting Goods! Pitch Hit Run is the 3 most basic parts of playing baseball and softball. This competition for ages 7-14 sees how accurate your pitches are, how far you can hit, and how fast you can run! This will be one of the many local competitions where kids can compete to move on to to Regionals and even the Team Finals hosted at the World Series!!
