You may return product* for any reason within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full merchandise refund via your original form of payment.  *Returns or exchanges not allowed on custom team or group orders.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and received unworn/unused, in the original packaging, with the original shipping invoice. Unless products are defective or shipped in error, shipping charges are not refundable. Please note: bats must be new/unused and in their original “shrink wrapped” packaging.

We offer free exchanges on orders over $100 or Apparel and Footwear purchases of $50 to burghardtsportinggoods.com every day.  Here's how it works: Exchanges are processed like a return and reissued as a new order.

For Qualifying orders; use the return shipping label provided in your package to send your order back to us. You will not be charged for return shipping nor will you be charged for shipping the new order.

Items purchased with Burghardt Sporting Goods Repeat Reward Certificates or offer codes may result in an adjusted refund amount. Repeat Rewards Certificates and offers will not be reissued or recredited for returns.

Exceptions:

  • If you received this item as a gift, please note that a refund will only be credited to the card that was used to make the purchase.  Burghardt Sporting Goods merchandise credit only will be issued.
  • Returns made without an invoicewill be offered a Burghardt Sporting Goods merchandise credit equal to the lowest selling price of the merchandise.  Please note, that we will make every effort to determine your actual purchase price.
  • Sorry, but items purchased at Burghardt Sporting Goods stores cannot be returned to burghardtsportinggoods.com.

How to Ship Your Return or Exchange –

There are two ways to ship your merchandise back to burghardtsportinggoods.com:

1) For qualifying orders use the pre-paid UPS Label that was included in your original package:

  • Use the UPS return label enclosed in your original package.
  • Repack your items, and drop off the package at a UPS Authorized Center or UPS center.

To find a UPS location, visit ups.com or call 1.800.PICKUPS (1.800.742.5877). Sorry, but the UPS return label cannot be used for shipments outside of the U.S.

2) Use your preferred shipping carrier:

Return & Exchanges at a Burghardt Sporting Goods Store

Return or exchange your unworn/ unused merchandise at a Burghardt Sporting Goods store for immediate credit, whether you made your original purchase at a Burghardt Sporting Goods store or at burghardtsporitngoods.com.

  • Returned or exchanged products must be unworn/unused.
  • Bring your receipt or invoice, original form of payment, and the original product packaging.
  • Purchases returned or exchanged within 30 dayswill receive credit in the original form of payment. (Burghardt Sporting Goods merchandise credit will be issued for any check purchases returned within 7 days of purchase date)
  • If you're returning a gift you received, Burghardt Sporting Goods merchandise credit only will be issued.
  • Purchases returned without a receipt or invoice will be issued Burghardt Sporting Goods merchandise credit equal to the lowest selling price of the product.  Please note, that we will make every effort to determine your actual purchase price.
  • If you're returning a purchase made with any Burghardt Sporting Goods Repeat Rewards certificates or offers, you will be refunded only the final purchase price. Repeat Reward certificates and offers will not be reissued or recredited, except for exchanges made within 30 daysof purchase.
  • Burghardt Sporting Goods may limit the number of returns permitted without a valid receipt.  Valid ID (driver's license, passport, military ID, or state issued photo ID card) is required for all returns without a valid receipt.
