The 2027 Marucci Rckless Gen 2 Alloy -11 is a one-piece alloy USABat built for younger hitters who want a fast, traditional swing. Marucci's pitch for it is "Ready. Hitter. Go." It is approved for USA Baseball leagues including Little League, Cal Ripken, Babe Ruth, PONY, Dixie Youth, Dizzy Dean, and AABC.
The AZR Alloy barrel uses a multi-variable wall design and ring-free construction, so the barrel flexes evenly and gives a longer, more forgiving sweet spot. The third-generation AV3 vibration dampener in the handle cuts sting, and a custom-molded hand taper comes on the handle and can be removed to suit the hitter's preference. A TFX end cap adds forgiveness, an optimized knob shape is tuned to the drop weight, and an enhanced soft-touch 1.75 mm grip keeps the hands secure.
